I almost do a video per day since May 2018. I really love the variety of themes that you present.
Even if I’m never bored with your content, I would really like to have other routines for arms, abs, pectorals, in short, for the upper body. I feel like yoga gave me really strong legs and thighs, but I’m feeling kinda weak in the arms.

Adriene you’re so funny!! Sometimes I just laugh hard out while doing something super hard for me and I love that! I’ve been doing the 30 days challenge (I’m on the 14th day now) and today was the first time I could do it twice in the same day so I chose this video and it feels really good and just a little sore (which is great!!).
