Hey there im new to this video and i didn’t even do yoga ever before in my life. Recently i started having health problems and i have been examined and diagnosed with vegetative autonome disfunction in my heart the doctor said that could be due to unmanaged stress and told me to try and move more (i admit im a pretty lazy person when it comes to exercise). lately i feel a bit more stressed and anxious and was wondering if yoga can help me in this case. I have problems sleeping as well i mean i can fall asleep but i always wake up tired and feel like i dont get quality sleep.Any thoughts? Im planning on trying this sequence for a week and see how it goes.

Hey I have a question. Can someone let me know if at 25:51 where you bring the soles of your feet together, should your lower back be flushed with the mat or no? I have done this pose more than once watching her videos but I’m not sure if I must lift a little so my lower back is touching the mat if I should just let the knees fall and not let my lower back touch the mat??
