So glad I’ve found you to guide me in a home practice. Thank you! can you tell me the name of the band from your intro please?

bonita buerge says:

Hi Adrienne, I’ve been doing yoga with you for about 6 months and it has greatly benefited my back issues. I was recently clear across the USA from my home. During this time I experienced a “thyroid storm” which is a very hyperactive thyroid, spent a night in the hospital and was put on medication to help my increased blood pressure and heart rate. It would take 3-4 days before I felt normal again. Due to the thyroid abnormality, my anxiety was off the charts. I couldn’t sleep. I was afraid of the dark and of small spaces. My husband said “Isn’t there some kind of yoga for anxiety?” Me: “ADRIENNE!!!!!” I found this video and it saved the day. Just wanted you to know how helpful this was. Thank you so much!

Akiroq Brost says:

Thank you <3

Jennifer Woods says:

This looks like it would have worked when both my hands were injured! Also looks like some nice bedtime stretches. I did another of your anti-stress yoga routines yesterday and it really worked. I’ll come back to this one here when I’m not quite so congested and can do the alternating nostril thing.

You are so CUTE! Your energy and presence make such a difference, it’s like your stubborn insistence upon the light enables the rest of us (or at least, me) to anchor more deeply in my real self. You are doing amazing work, and I count you as one of my warriors of light.

moose says:

Adriene, thank you so much for this and all of your videos. I am recovering from OCD, coming off of one of the hardest years of my life emotionally, and you have helped me learn to love myself and turn the bad things in my head into good positive things. When you started talking about the power we have to change our thoughts, I burst into tears. I’ve never felt like I’ve had that power before. Yoga is giving me that for the first time. Thank you.

readheadkz says:

I would love this if there wasn’t so much talking, although I’m sure it’s helpful for yoga beginners. As a person with an anxiety disorder, I wanted to just get into it. I like the other anxiety video much better.

Grace M says:

Hi Adriene, just wanted to express my gratitude for the videos you give to us. I have been using your videos for about a year now, recently I decided to try some videos from other youtubers and I just couldn’t get on with them at all! I find so many seem to centre around what looks good rather than what feels good, and I’m so glad I found your videos first as they really opened me up to the power of practicing yoga, without feeling intimidated or like you need to look good whilst doing it. You give so much to your viewers Adriene, keep it up! Love and light.

samayza 200 says:

what do I think about when I do this?

Phillip Gatelein says:

thank you

Cindy Huang says:

Sometimes I just want to stay in this bliss out state of the practice and not face society. Come to think of it, its another kind of practice to be zen within the frenzy. Thank you for making having clarity and a peace of mind so accessible Adrienne 🙂

Hope everyone is doing well too!

Nathan Evans says:

This was so sweet for how I’m feeling right now. I’ve been experiencing anxiety without feeling down or low or anything! It’s such a strange experience and this practice has really helped. Thank you so much! I really appreciate it.Om Shanti 🙂 x x

Elina Nilsson says:

Thank you so so much for this practice. I stepped on my mat today with the intention of doing a long power yoga sequence but a few minutes into the video I broke down in tears and felt that my body was craving – and in need of, something else. I found this video and it was everything I needed and more! I am still feeling anxious and sad but this video helped to get rid of the stress and self doubt that came with the anxiety and replaced it with a sense of calm and acceptence of what is and my feelings. Thank you <3

Lea_G says:

Dear Adriene, Thank you for the amazing video. Ot calms me down so much. Would you maybe have a few ideas of steps we could do in an exam situation when a panic attack is oncomming. Other than the alternate breathing. For those of us with test anxiety. If you have some ideas could you maybe make a video on it? That would be amazing.
