I think it’s too short. Meditation is something more than just sitting and focusing on your breath. When you meditate, you should clear your mind of ALL thougts and 10 minutes is simply too short for that, because it is not that easy, expecially for begginers (like me for example haha). So, although I love your videos, Adriene, I’d rather do meditation on my own.
