She is pretty, slim and elegant, a professional yogi. Recalling when I was a beginner, I don’t think these could had helped me. For intermediate may be helpful. Props, baby steps, lot of practice till one day soon, you will surprise how your body responds. I know people who are big and they are very flexible, depends of each body, however with safety practice you will be able to do most of the poses and never forget the spiritual purpose of the yoga poses.

I’m way thinner than her, I’m sure doing all this yoga pose at home is just like a piece of cake for me. for those who weight is higher than 110 lb, they should just give up. I should thank mother-nature for giving me an amazing body though.

I love this! I am a muscular guy with a wrist that has screws in it and a torn ligament but Tara instruction breaks down poses that at least get me to a point where the pose more be is possible. Tara, Thank you!
