I am struggling with fatigue due to hypothyroidism and I have found doing morning yoga has helped me relive the stress I have from the previous day with 2 kids but also college and it just centres me for the day to start with a fresh mind. Thank you

im (almost!!)12 and i do this every morning except saturdays, and its amazing! i started on september 11, so its been a while now(kinda lol) 😀 It’s really great!
Today was going to be busy for me so I just found this quick practice and amazingly as short as it is it really was very effective to get me going for my day. This was perfect for a day when I was unable to practice longer. Thank you so much for your awesome classes. Namaste!!!!
