I’m a dietetics student and I don’t think it’s healthy to promote such a low calorie diet. Obviously every person has different calorie needs, and your tips+meals seem well intentioned and contain a lot of healthy stuff, but I think for any height/weight at LEAST 1600 calories of high quality food should be eaten. Anything under that can lead to problems like headaches, osteoporosis, low blood sugar, etc. just for reference, I’m 5’8″ and weigh 127lbs currently eating 2,300+ calories a day and I’m much fitter and almost the exact same weight I was when I was calorie restricting at 1200 cals in the past. Everyone is different and should eat at a level that makes them feel good and satiated, but dont be so afraid of calories, your body needs them!

Hello Liezl Jayne, I watch your videos a while now and I really like them a lot for inspiration not so much for loosing weight but eat healthier. I have a question, most of the recipies have nuts in them and we can´t eat nuts because of an allergic person in the family, can you recommend an substitution in terms of that? =) Would be so helpful!
