This makes me sad. Some people need “even more” as if 1100-1400 Calories are much? Even enough. This is downright offensive. I’m happy it worked for you but that amount of calories is nowhere near the amount that anyone needs! There are so much better ways to lose weight you could for example just excercise to stay healthy and fit and eat a whole, plantbased diet. Or not even that but for the love of god don’t give people the impression that those are enough calories.

Hi Leizl Jayne, I really enjoy your video’s! Could you make a video where you show what you eat in a day to maintain your weight loss? I am on my own weight loss journey and it is going very well. But it is not the first time I lost weight. I find pretty easy to keep to a eating plan while losing weight, but as soon as I reach my goal weight I really struggle to maintain it. Considering the yolk has plenty of fat in it (+ cholesterol) you really didn’t need that avocado as well though. Its like filling a bath with more water when its already full. Save yourself the extra calories.
