In the two weeks that I have been following this book, I have already lost 5 pounds. Just as important, my constant hunger has disappeared. It sounds strange but I am actually eating more vegetables than I was before. It’s good to know that I can feel good about what I eat and have my body feel good too.

You can do all the motivation things, but that will eventually end, and human nature will revert back. It’s clear your determination will stop. I want my stomach to stop wanting junk food. I need my stomach healed, if I’m self medicating with food, just losing weight will not fix the problem.

The problem is, that my parents says that i’m skinny, but i can see that i’m not (I’m not fat, but also not skinny, and i want to be skinnier), so they wont help me with eating healthier….
I get enough sleep, and i drink at least 2 liters of water everyday. I do a bit of cardio everyday, and i also dance.
I don’t see any difference at all… What can i do….?
