Is the silk yogurt made with soybeans? When I looked it up, i see that soy based yogurt is available.

You seem to be intelligent and concerned about health.

I am also concerned about my health and recently came across info on soy that scared me into stopping soy consumption.

There are thousands and thousands of links on google…just search “Dangers of Soy”

My apologies if you are getting a kickback to push the soy, but I would like to hear your thoughts on it.
