I always skip up to 2 meals per day because I got the tip to only eat when I am actually hungry and that just doesn’t happen that often, so I wait until evening and have one good meal and maybe a snack somewhere else and that’s it and I’m barely loosing weight. You can’t tell me I’d lose more if I ate 2 more (normal sized ofc) meals. My body requires X calories per day no matter how much or tiny I eat.

Nononoooo don’t count your calories! It leads to under eating. Also dairy is absolutely not good for us. Switch them out for dairy free options! Like almond milk (which has more calcium and nutrients than regular milk) and eating from a smaller plate isn’t necessary. If it’s packed full of good stuff and doesn’t have any animal products vegan), you can eat all you want
