I’m 52 (cool, hip 52, not old frump 52, lol) and girl, I get the struggle.. Your weight is about the same as mine. I began weight watchers 7 weeks ago at 148 pounds. I am currently at 135, so things are going well, especially since menopause makes it MUUUUCH harder to lose weight (oh, the sadness). Also I notice you order the vegetarian ones, how are they? Is it hard? I’m not vegetarian but I don’t really eat much meat just eggs and maybe sometimes fish or chicken, which do you recommend the most, vegetarian or normal guides?

I didn’t think you were that over weight to start with, but exercise is extremely important to health and well being, I work shift work and do 12hrs shifts I can’t do work like this as a couch potato, lounge lizard. Its not really about me but, its about encouragement and getting people out of the house. So in that aspect this was a great Blog.
