Hi Ashely, Question! the Keto/os Max Maui Punch on the back says they have certain amount of sugars(Ex: Sugar alcohol 4g) wouldn’t that effect the fasting? Or trigger insulin? Just curious! Also if I add half/half to my coffee (less than 50 cal) wouldn’t that be adding carbs to my coffee? (I don’t drink black coffee) thanks for this video. Blessed day!!!! 🙂

I started keto and intermittent fasting at the start of this week! I’ve never really been a 3 meals eater… so I started my fasting at 20:4! I have one meal at 1, and then 4. I’m having a hard time getting enough fat into my diet though.. anyone have any advice?

Hey Ashley! Thanks for sharing the information about the intermittent fast. I started fasting last week, and have noticed some results with weight loss. I’ve been drinking my fat coffee in the morning, and holding off until lunch until noon. If I change up the process now to just having my meal at noon with that mess me up.? I hate to attempt this but I’m a little addicted to having coffee in the morning to start my day, and I dont know how I would be without it. LOL

Why can’t the primary fsating hours be counted as when you are sleeping. If you start with 8 hours, you could probably eat breakfast at a normal time frame. Also, I suggest liquid Splenda or Stevia…it does not spike the Insulin the way either of their granulated versions have the potential of doing.
