I am a 13 year old who’s in recovery from anorexia. Wtf am I doing here lol
I cant eat healthy at all. One time I forced myself to eat vegetables for breakfast and I almost threw up. I have a problem with eating vegetables because its bitter even if I try it with dressing, sauces, etc. I also want to start running everyday but I have other responsibilities and it sucks.

In Greece we call greek yogurt yogurt
So I do like this, but normally my breakfast are 250mm milk, and normal not junk breakfast. The lunch are 250mm milk, maybe any food with veggie and less oil fats (please remove the skin off the chicken before eating this will help x5 x10%), and dinner are some fruit and little meal

Thank you!!! Im 13 and before summer started i promissed myself I’d lose weight but also gain MUSCLE. I wanna be more skinnie but also strong ! But i was lazy and i didn’t do anything the first month so now im going to try my best to work out as much as i can , diet cause i eat really unhealthy foods , and be active at all times
