I wanted to make this “How To Do Intermittent Fasting For Serious Weight Loss – Complete Guide” video because i made a video on this subject years ago but i am way more knowledgeable and experienced on this subject now so i needed to make this updated video on my old video called “How To Do Intermittent Fasting For Serious Weight Loss “.

The intermittent fasting method i am talking about in this video is the 16/8 intermittent fasting diet which involves fasting daily for around 16 hours a day with liquids that do not break the fast and then you eat for around an 8 hour window which is a very effective way to get serious weight loss benefits as shown by people time and time again.

This type of intermittent fasting diet can be done on any type of diet such as the ketogenic diet, raw vegan diet, vegan diet, low carb diet, paleo diet etc but to get the full benefits of intermittent fasting you must do it correctly because otherwise you will not get the full benefits of intermittent fasting which are key to get the full benefits including the serious weight loss benefits.
