Recorded in February 2014 I have finally got round to putting this one together. This presentation is for people struggling with obesity. I have been as heavy as 18stone at 181cm. I began documenting my journey when I was already down to 16stone 7pounds. I now fluctuate between 13stone and 12Stone. I have gone from over 30% body fat to 15%. This video outlines some of the weightloss techniques I have developed through my 10 year battle with obesity.

What kinds of exercises do you recommend for a fat guy (me) getting started? It is very difficult for me to get adequate pushups in, at my starting mass, so are there any replacement exercises I can do in the mean time until I can ‘lift’ myself?

There are several suggestions for fat reduction at home
Make sure you drink plenty of water – I recommend eight cups per day.
Set a limit of chips Sweets sugary drinks you have each day.
Cut down eating between meals or have fruit or vegatables.
write dwon what you eat and check it to see how you can cut down.
