Hey you guys! Today I’m sharing my calorie hacks for weight loss with you – as well as my point system (Liezl Jayne’s Point System)

Basically how to “count” calories without going “crazy”! This is how I lost 40+ Lbs without “counting” every calorie.

I really love loove your channel and this sistem, but unfortunately it isn’t working for hummus. U said that 60 gr is 100 kcal, but I checked my and it was 207 kcal per 60 gr 🙁
Maybe I need to cook it myself, and not buy it in the store? Do you have any simple recipe?

I just use the app lifesum and leave like a 100 calories of like sauces and random shit. I dont go with grams or anything. I just eye ball it. Its super easy and i havent even noticed that it took time. Its just for my mental change of not eating too much or things that have too many calories

So, in order to use your “method” you would need to check the calorie chart anyway. I don’t see the point of this. I tent to round up my calories anyway. Its supposed to be a guide so you don’t go too far from your calorie goal, that’s all.

Haha, seriously 🙂 This is a longer video, but I really hope that it can be helpful to you if you have been struggling with calories, and getting obsessive with counting calories, or have been feeling frustrated about losing weight. There is no such thing as a “weight loss secret” (unfortunately, lol) BUT – this is the closest thing (that has helped me such a great deal)! You guys have asked me so many times to talk about my point system eating plan – so here it is “Liezl Jayne’s Point System”!! Give the entire video a good watch because – even though it’s long, I wanted to explain it to you as clearly as possible so that you could all understand.
