But my problem is, even if I eat good food, I eat waaay too much ! I love all kind of food and when I eat, I eat a lot. Now I’m on the chubby side, because of the big proportion of food I eat. I think it could be easier for me if I was cooking for myself, but I live with my parents and we always eat together so it’s not that easy. Plus, I’m on the pills since a long time (5-6 years), maybe it has an impact on the way I eat food, I don’t really know ^^’ If you have any advice for me to eat normal sized portion meal, I would be so happy ! Losing weight does not mean your going to be healthier, just like if you are a bit overweight you may be a very healthy person. There are some very valid reasons to lose weight (joint pain, diabetes, etc.), but I think that when revamping your life style, an ideal goal would be to be healthy and feel good instead of setting a weight goal.

Guys. lost tons of weight does not need to be hard (I used to think it did). I’ll give you some advice now. Look for a popular weight loss secrets called Fenoboci Diet Plan (do a google search). Thanks to it I’ve lost lots of weight. I probably should not even be talking about it cause I don’t really want a lot of other guys out there running exactly the same game but whatever. I am trying to eat healthy for the past few months but the major problem i am facing is that i stay in a hostel so i cannot prepare my meals so most of the time i need to rely on cereals and ready to eat soups or oats. I do prepare salads but it is not always possible so can u suggest something. Thanks
