By taking *weight loss green store tea* and altering my lifestyle ever so slightly (consciously walking more and using the stairs, cutting fries out of my diet, etc.) I was able to shed off around 4 pounds of pure fat. Though not a lot on paper, it has really redefined my body shape and has made me a bit more confident.

Just FYI, there’s no real health benefits to going gluten free unless you’re celiac. Also, although this isn’t followed in the US, the Australian Celiac association recommends avoiding oats as they contain a protein that is similar to gluten and may cause a similar allergic reaction in those that have a sensitivity to gluten. As celiac, something I have no say in, I can’t really understand why someone would choose to go gluten free… but each to their own I suppose.

I tried the smoothie right after watching the video and it was simply amazing. I didn’t use nut butter (ran out of it) and used maple syrup for sweetner. loved it. ❤❤
