Well its because your 30 above years old. But some of us are still in middle school or high school. Maybe you could try to give us (Middle or high school or even college students) at tip for having an actually healthy diet, after we spend 8 or more hours of studying.

By investing in this system, you will learn so much about the myths that influence the weight loss industry. Combining the three elements discussed above, this system is one of the most comprehensive and easy-to-use systems currently available. If you’re sick of trying one diet after another, it’s time to put a stop to ineffective programs. The Fat Decimator System works!.

*DO NOT RELY ON ME.*

Adam Nazzora says:

Basically you just need to control what the hell you’re eating. I would recommend doing intermittent fasting regularly and going to the gym at least 3 times a week to build your muscle and also help losing some body fat. Don’t forget to have cheat meals every now and then (not cheat day, bcs it would ruin your program or at least hinder it a little bit) to keep you sane. Anyway, the most important thing in losing body fat is by being in caloric deficit. And those are all the basic things that everyone need to keep an eye into. If you’re consistent in building your own healthy lifestyle, I can guarantee you that you will see progress overtime

Just skip breakfast, don’t eat too much food high in bad fats, exercise a bit (doesn’t really matter) and stick to 1,800 calories a day (depending on the person).

Ashley Ashley says:

Nice work!!! I’m 3.5 months back into to my healthier lifestyle and have lost 39 pounds. It’s hard work, especially being on life sustaining steroids everyday for an autoimmune disease but I wanted to prove to myself that I could do it….no matter what anyone else says.

bumpus room says:

I forced myself to watch this video. At 50 yrs old, to maintain my weight I would have to work out 5 hrs a day. What kind of life is that? And I eat about 1500 calories a day.

Condēu̯i̯os Andīlixtos says:

I feel like I have to say this to other depressed people: I was “promised” that I’d feel great after working out, due to endorphins and such, like Zach said, but that doesn’t happen to *me* . I’ve been doing crossfit since mid August to gain muscle, I sweat like a pig every time, but I don’t feel good before, during, or after each session. Yes, there are positive results body-wise, but my brain just isn’t content like normal brains… and I suspect this may be the case for more people. Don’t abstain from medication and/or therapy!

Doom Dragon says:

Joe McHugh says:
