Ordered Oct 16th, advised “lost/stolen” by delivery service. Delivered to wrong address. Contacted Echelon via 4 emails, and two non returned calls….no bike, no refund so far. Received 1 email suggesting they will help. No case update nor bike so far….hoping for a positive outcome as “these things happen.”
No claim case protocol (I asked for a case number) timeline management for resolution, policy referral and the list goes on.
I am hoping for a delivered bike which requires a confirmation signature (basic security level for expensive deliveries – Echelon should demand this from their delivery service providers).
Being positive….bike ordered to assist with torn achilles – so this is hopefully a blip and will be corrected. I will follow up with the final outcome and timelines.
