Running For Beginners! First 5k, Tips, and Essentials

How I got to jogging my first 5k without stopping! No, I am NOT an expert runner by any means, but I wanted to share my story of how I have begun to love running and its benefits in just the past month. Here is also all the products and essentials I use when running and training.
