I run in bandra at the reclamation promenade thrice weekly..not much arround 13-15 kms with a b8 kg back pack. I do it for passion…anyone who runs and whom is into long distance as well here let me know…I’m looking to bettering myself and learn… didn’t find tips here though.good to see lot of people are taking to running… seriously it’s a mind game.
