If you, like me at first, hate running: Here are some tips and personal advice if you want to actually change that and start running

I absoloutly despise running but i am in middle school and like everyone else i have to take the mile run test. My Ankles are inverted and almost touch the floor and i am recovering from a knee injury but i have to run tommorow WISH ME LUCK
