I learned at tip, the faster you pump your arms, the faster you will run. Your legs keep up with your arms. worked wonders on my military PT tests lol
I am a beginner runner and somewhere I heard that run-walk interval is good for beginners and i also want to track it on my iPhone. I downloaded many applications like runkeeper, runtastic, Nike run club also the workout app on my apple watch. but it seems I don’t know how to do that. can u help me, please?
Abby…I have been watching your videos like a madwomen since I started my own transformation journey. You have great info backed by science, which I LOVE. One question: Can you PLEASE make an informative video concerning splits, i.e. how many days should I be working out? What’s the difference between a 3 day, 4 day, 5 or 6 day split? Should I work one body part at a time, or compound moves? Is a push/pull/leg split really the best way to go??? That’s a lot of questions LOL I know, but they all fall under split training. I would love your feedback.

While listening to music or podcasts may make running more bearable, I recommend not listening to anything and concentrating on your form, stride, cadence, arms, breathing etc, and appreciating your surroundings (if you’re outside)
