Thanks for this. It’s got good warm up stuff, and I can appreciate the looser style that is more akin to the “stretching” I’ve done in sports. I think semantics is at least half of the reason this isn’t even more ubiquitous than it is now.

I have frozen shoulder and am slowing trying to regain movement. I am so stiff (hardly any flexibility ) but am going to try and keep at this. I believe Yoga can help me center and regain my movement.

Your video is good for beginners but you didn’t mention that who should not do these ashanas if they have ……. health problems. My small suggestion to you — it is always good to mention that. You did some posture which is not good for some health condition…. I know you know what I mean if you know how yoga is practiced by yogis in ancient time while learning yoga from yogi.

im 11 and i love this im going to practice this for a while, i lost my balance a few times but it felt so nice to get some quiet time to myself and do yoga. im going to practice this for 8 weeks because it helps you sleep better if you practice yoga for 8 weeks, after the 8 weeks im going to practice another video for 8 weeks and after those 8 weeks another yoga video and so on.
