i have a question…. i have been gaining weight all over the place since having my children and i’ve noticed that your videos cover most of the body’s problem areas. unless i have yet to come across it, is there a pilaties workout that targets the back? I feel like if i get my core and back in shape then the rest should fall fairly easily into place with continuing the workouts.
