People think protein shakes are so good for you when all it basically is, is powered puss that’s right you’re drinking growth hormones that is meant for a baby cow.. That’s why diary makes you fat maybe? Stop falling for this marketing trick, protein makes you fat and that’s why they tell you to cut calories when you drink them. Eat and drink tons of fruit because no one ever called a vegan fat.

The problem with most protein powders is that they contain asulfame potassium. For those of you who don’t know, asulfame potassium is one of those lovely cancer causing ingredients. Look for a protein powder that is naturally sweetened. I use Optimum Nutrition: Naturally Flavored Whey. I’m not sure if GNC offers one.

I went to the gnc protein calculator and it said to eat my eggs with a piece of toast and margarine, margarine isn’t even a natural fat it’s man made, shame on you GNC.
