The Pilates Fix brings you a modern mix of classical Pilates and effective cardio movements to create an overall dynamic workout. Included are two 10 minute routines- stretching to increase flexibility and cardio to blast away any extra pounds.
There are two 20 minute routines that focus on toning and defining the upper body and the lower body based on classical Pilates movements. Each routine is multi-level with the lead instructor showing an intermediate/advanced version and the other demonstrating for beginners.
