Great tips and great advice about programming. It’s been a year since I took & passed my IR exam and listening to all that we are expected to know, brings back the feeling of being overwhelmed by all of it! Thank you for your YouTube workouts they are so fun, challenging and I learn a lot!

Hey John – great podcast and awesome tips to help prepare for the exam. You’re obviously a fan of flash cards 🙂 So I’d like pass on a flashcard tip. Use Quizlets. It’s a free online website that you can create your flashcards on and even take on the go with their mobile app. Even better – you can connect to other peoples established flash card sets assuming the creator has made the set ‘public’. The other cool thing about Quizlets – the app creates a variety of tests that you can take to test yourself. I mostly used the mobile app in order to study away from a computer.

Here is my anatomy set:

I also have individual flashcard sets for the muscle groups as defined in the Stott Support Materials. So if you want to review muscle group by muscle group – that is an option.

All my flashcard sets can be located under my user ID “Todd Getz”. Most are centered around anatomy (just the muscles in the Stott Support Materials -as you recommended). I also created Bony Landmark flashcards for posture analysis.

However, if you search for “Stott Pilates Exam” in the app – tons of flashcard sets come up. 🙂

Hope this helps!
