Pilates Yoga Fusion

Pilates Yoga Fusion is a Pilates Mat class where we are going to take the time to stretch with Yoga Poses and than transition into Pilates mat exercises.

This is the perfect Yoga Pilates fusion class when you want some gentle stretches to guide you into Pilates exercises.

If you have only ever done Yoga, this will be a great transition to Pilates. Opposite of that, if you have only ever done a Pilates mat class, this Pilates Yoga fusion class gives you time to settle into some Yoga poses.

The Yoga Pilates fusion workout is perfect if you are a beginner to Pilates or Yoga, or if you want to deepen your Pilates mat workout, ease into Pilates exercises and are looking for a more restorative class.

Yoga Pilates fusion is a 30 minute Pilates and Yoga class. It is the perfect beginner Pilates workout if you want to take it slow and is really great to do on a recovery day when you want to move but not break a sweat.

Typically yes as long as it doesn’t cause pain. Both yoga and Pilates are a great exercise system to use for scoliosis. I’ve found it’s helped me a lot with the imbalance in my spine.
