Level 1 Pilates Mat Class | 15 Minute Pilates Workout at Home

Join me on the mat for a Level 1 Pilates mat class. This 15 minute at home Pilates workout requires no equipment, though I do always recommend a cushioned Pilates mat.

In Pilates the advanced practitioner understands the value of a level 1 Pilates class that is beneficial for beginners to Pilates and to support more advanced level work.

The 15 minute mat Pilates class will guide you through exercises that will stretch and strengthen the entire body. We will work the abs, back and legs in this total body Pilates workout.

The pace of the level 1 Pilates workout will allow you to intentionally move with your at home Pilates routine so you can ensure that you perform each exercise to the best of your ability, working to refine your Pilates practice.
