How to do a Headstand (for Beginners)

Doing something a lil different today! I’ve been working really hard on perfecting my yoga headstand and I FINALLY can do it without any assistance! So it’s time to show you how to do one too. Be careful though! This will take time, patience, and lots of practice. It took me a few months with tons of falling. Good luck and show me your headstand progress by using the hashtag #blogilatesyoga.
