The 1st workout I tried was so hard and made me realize I had zero ab muscles lol. I found this one and love it. Don’t think it’s too hard although I did have to do all the beginner recommendations and rest my first like 10 times lol. Now I’ve been doing this one for about a month and definitely see improvement in my mid section! I actually just threw in a harder workout into the mix.
My favorite part about this workout is the rest part where you bring your knees in and hug them! Lol. For real! You always ask at the end so I’m finally telling you! :p
I almost cried of relief at the end of this workout the first couple times! Def tough, but I’ve already seen improvement! Thanks for a great workout that isn’t so intimidating!
Ps. My fiance laughed when I 1st started this because your super perky and then I’d be grunting and almost crying by the end! Lmao!

I just tried this for the first time and it was hard! But i think that this is the best workout ever! because that it is both for beginners and also a bit for some strong women’s out there! And also like literally i really wanna do this every single day! But its really hard but i’m still gonna try!
