This is a 35 minute at home Pilates workout that stays true to the traditional Pilates mat exercise sequence.
This level 1 Pilates class for beginners will guide you through the classic Pilates mat workout and when we use a yoga block with our at home Pilates workout, we get to feel all sorts of muscles wake up and engage in new ways. Using a Yoga Block during the 35 minute Pilates mat class will help you to feel a strong connection into your inner thighs and support other exercises. This means you will get a great Pilates workout and build a strong foundation for more intermediate/advanced level exercises.
