this is really hard to follow the breathing directions as they aren’t clear, in fact this isn’t a helpful video at all
Not really for beginners – I think this is more for advertising purposes. Very little detailed instruction for true beginners. There are much better videos out there.
I’ve just started doing a beginners’ Body Control Pilates class and this video is just what I need to keep me practising during the week. Excellent!
