This is a 20 minute basic pilates mat workout that caters to dancers. Anyone who wants to tone and strengthen their body can benefit from these exercises. We focus on using the core for the whole workout while improving stability and length. This is a great way to achieve your body goals!

I am a former ballerina with the New York City Ballet. When I was a young student, I was always looking for insights into the ballet world and how to improve my dancing as well as beauty and lifestyle tips. Now that I am a professional, it is my turn to share.
