I saw you guys were really interested in learning how to do the splits! So here is a video showing you the 9 steps I take when warming up to the splits. Be aware that this may take days, weeks, or months to accomplish depending on how flexible you are already. Be patient, you will get it. But it takes time!

I’m over flexible in my hips and I’ve been like that since I was little, but I’m a bit stiff in my knees and thighs. When I was little I was able to successfully go into the splits but now I can’t, and I’m trying to achieve that again at the age of 16 lol. I’m so close and I’m really going to practice this a lot now!

For the whole month of march, I will commit to
– not drink anything ’bout unsweetened tea and water
– drink water in the morning and before every meal
– workout or/and stretch 5 days a week
For some of you my goals may seem small, but the key to sucess is realistic goals, and you have to start somewhere!

I can do the splits on my right leg i’m soooooooooooo close on my left leg. What i want to achieve is doing the splits with out any pain lol. Thats my goal. It hurts like MAD on my left on my right it does hurt but not like my left leg
