Sean you’re a legend. Love this and your other work outs. i’ve been doing your routines for about 9 months now and have seen my core get much stronger. Will you be posting any longer routines around the 40 minute mark. if not I’ll just have to combine a couple of the shorter ones. Thanks for what you’re doing, love layed back approach.
Thanks Sean Vigue I was able to do all 20 push ups and side twist!!! And the pushups at the end 1 per transition day 2!!!!
