Parkour Conditioning for Beginners

This is a short Parkour conditioning video I made to help out some friends of mine that wanna get into the sport, but don’t feel like they are strong enough. It’s aimed more towards the beginner, but it’s a workout that can be used by anyone just to build a basic strength level, or by experienced people just as a warm up before serious training.
Note: For time reasons parts are sped up and I did not do all the reps, but the correct number is listed.

Hey Joshua, very nice and helpfull vídeo. What´s the point with the Wall sit? Ist it more fr the quads? I feel them burning when doing it.I´m 39 and can do most of these exercises, at least for the strenght part but I´ve to work a lot with the stretching ones.  The pain I feel on the back of my legs is almost unbearable when stretching, any tips on how to progress in these? Is it just normal and should I keep going?
