i exercise every day.. lifting the mcdonalds chips into my mouth using my arm and hands. When i want to train harder i also pick up the big mac and using the biceps and pectoral muscles lift it into my mouth.

This isn’t very scientific. I can’t believe that in 2017 we’re still asking questions like “how do I get big?” It’s still a mystery to almost everyone; even top champions. There is no precise, scientific plan for how to work out. Mentzer came closest, perhaps, but we need better research until bodybuilding is as understood as farming.
