“Pause here if needed”, 1st time, naaaa, 2nd time, naaaa, 3rd time (strech), starting to doubt but tell myself that will be fine……. 4th time (after 1st circuit) my God, what I’m I doing, why is this guy going so fast, snif snif, pause a little and then “ok, it’s only 4mins going through hell then i’ll be back”!! I am happy right now, just finished it, I am sweating so much!!! I had a good work out, thx Ashley! Looking forward to day 2.

Can i use these workouts after jogging?I mean after 50 min- 1hour jogging i feel pain in my joints that irritates me the whole day…can u suggest any sort of free hand exercises to get rid of this problem??

These push ups are not even half push ups , I can place a pillow under that guy and he won’t touch it and his arms are not going anywhere close to straight when he pushes up , same for pull ups short range of motion , back landing during the squat …
