Lateral raise- don’t rotate the dumbbell forwards it’ll damage your shoulder even though yes it does shift that tension into the rear delt. What u should do is just bend the torso forwards a bit this’ll move the tension into the rear delt and keep that wrist neutral or even bent into a slightly supernated position (this is how I do them works perfectly) don’t pronate the hands it’ll cause damage when all u have to do is bend forwards and keep a straight spine. Also use very light weight

Great info ! Body is on point . Your body is my goal lol ,I have big legs so hopefully I have a chance . I loved the video about 15% body fat . I’m 6 foot and 220 and I hold a lot of my more weight in legs and I think arms and chest . People never believe my weight they always say I look thinner but I’m like u haven’t seen my legs .ll
