RECIPES:

Lunch | crockpot:
1 can of diced tomatoes, corn and black beans
1 jar of salsa
4 chicken breasts
Cook on high for 4-5 hours

Dinner:
Preheat oven to 400º
Place 4 turkey breasts, cut green and red bell pepper and onion on to cooking sheet.
Add a small amount of olive oil
Add jar of salsa to turkey breasts
I added a small amount of pepper
Cook for 25-30 minutes
Allow 10 minutes to cool before cutting
Add turkey, peppers and onions over brown rice

It’s quite complicated to get what I want as of my daily excersise in the gym
since now out of school for spring break and my family doesn’t really try to be fit
As of me would like to go to gym and feel more comfortable there to achieve my fit goals. Even though I’m skinny and some of my friends and family think I shouldn’t be working out and eating healthy
but I do it as a life style. I am 13 year old girl!, and it’s kinda tough to do this fitness journey because my parents who would grocery shop buy food for my siblings that I’m not always comfortable with eating and interferes with my goals any tips/advice

Question..I’ve been back and forth between eating clean with a cheat meal and iifym. Do you have a day during the week that you dont count your macros? I know you said you get In N out every saturday night. Do you make that fit your macros or allow yourself one day a week to splurge? I’m just trying to find balance. I’ve been eating clean by following a meal plan then having a cheat meal usually on saturday nights that I dont count but sometimes I probably eat too much.

What are your macros? I am interested in your protein intake because I have heard that 1g per pound of body weight is the way to go. I’ve also heard that your body can’t metabolize any more than that. Please let me know your thoughts! Thanks!
