My theory is that bodybuilding and exercise are not natural , and therefore do not produce natural responses in your body. People say that they exercise because they are sitting all day long , so they try to mimic the physical activity that their ancestors would do in other lifestyle circumstances . The problem with this is that it is not the same physical activity that you are trying to mimic . Being active your whole life doing agriculture hunting , cleaning , walking , swimming , etc is Not the same thing as going to the gym and working out. The movements that are performed in the gym are not natural occurring movements in you daily life. Especially with resistance and repetition!!!! It produces excess muscle growth . More than what your body needs to handle.! My theory is that body building and exercise and closely related to sexual dysfunction in both males and females. Exercise increases testosterone , but that doesn’t mean anything, if the testosterone is bound. It’s only the free testosterone in your body that has androgenic effects. A lot of your test is shbg( sex hormone binding globulin) . It is my theory that “ building muscle” is related to shbg. I could be wrong but I seriously don’t think that I am wrong. Also one more thing I would like to add is that you can turn a car on by hot wiring it if you don’t have the key…. similary just because someone is functional doesn’t necessarily mean it was working the right way. Or even got turned on the right way…..Ahem ahem… get what I mean?
