Sarah. Diet is huge! I work out 5 days per week (with a trainer once per week)and it wasn’t until I changed my diet. Eating clean was the biggest challenge and it was the most rewarding.

I can email the meal plans and clean recipes my trainer gave me.

You go girl! My post menopause body is a stranger to me. It doesn’t look or function like it used to. It’s so much harder to stay fit and toned…and to drop a few pounds like I used to. You’re smart to take advantage of being young and develop good workout habits now! It used to be a struggle until I got myself a reliable workout partner and got back into yoga again.

hey girl. look into a ketogenic diet!! it’s helped me change myself inside and out. it helps you heal your body. I started at 212+ and a size 22 pants. with in 6 months I was I to a size 7/9. I have motivation… but then i always distracted. Im always good for about a week and then i quit. I used to say under weight and then i had three kids and i swear… once i quit nursing i gain. =( My biggest struggle is remembering and eating. Its either i over eat or dont eat enough. Lol. Thank you for sharing!. I often do t25, its crazy hard but so worth it when i do.

I can relate. I’m 49. Plus work 12 to 14 hrs a day. I’m just exhausted after I get off. I do drink water. I stop drinking soda almost 7 months ago. I do try to go walking sometimes. I need to do it more often.
