I loved your review on the Body Analyzer Scale and just bought it 🙂 My bf and I are trying different diets and exercises, I am doing keto and cardio while he is doing high carb and weight lifting, and he immediately agreed that this scale will let us keep track of our progress a lot better than our current one. HEY Whit! Just found you and I’m in love with your videos! I noticed you’re really into HIT, do you think it’s essentially the same thing to just run a mile before every workout? I’m trying to burn fat but I also want to tone. I used to only run at the gym and I noticed my body becoming thinner than I wanted it to look. Do you have any tips? Thanks!
