Fitness Body Transformation | Simple Guide from Fat to Fit

Workout & Kitchen Tools We Use:

Body Transformation Motivation –

This is what worked for me. Will it work for you? Chances are yes but we’re all slightly different so don’t expect the exact same results. But also remember to be honest with yourself. Don’t skip two or three things on this list and then complain you can’t seem to see results. It’s going to take doing all these things to find success.

Number one – find a TDEE calculator online using Google search.

Number two – pick a goal.

Number three – find your macros.

Number four – Find a calorie and macro tracking app.

Ok, number five – STAY CONSISTENT.

Let me repeat that: STAY CONSISTENT.

Number six – Find a good workout routine.

Number seven – take progress pictures.

Ok, that wraps up the guide. Is it simple? Definitely. Did I cover everything? Absolutely not. I could easily make a two hour video on calories alone but I wanted a very simple guide which wasn’t overwhelming. Why? Because the goal is getting you onto the road to transforming yourself, not holding your hand the entire way. Will it be tough? Yes. Will you probably want to give up a time or two. Yes. But remember: if it was easy, everyone would be doing it. Ask yourself how bad you really want this. Do you want to transform yourself or do you just want to tell yourself you’ll transform yourself someday. Hell no. Get up, start kicking ass and make it a reality. If I did it, I sure as hell know you can too. The Buff Dudes believe in you.

Richard Alan says:

The video notes that MyFitnessPal has a computer version. All I see is a complicated, convoluted list of apps for smartphones, NOTHING for use a computer. My smart phone is NOT connected to my hip and it is too small to see clear pictures of what is going on and what I gotta do. A computer version is the only practical solution for me.

However, this is a great video — and would be better if I could find a computer version of the software.

George Gountzas says:

Jay J says:

I have lately quit the gym for almost 2 months now and i am looking so yucky. I used to be on MFP and even got to %8 bf. However lately I got two jobs (one of them very physical) totalling almost 10 1/2 to 11hrs a day. I wake up at 4:50am to be at work at 6am. So i can’t work out before work like I used to. Also by the time I get home I feel like the gym is gonna be packed so I am having a hard time to get motivated. Anyone else with a physical job and working out?

rexandroza says:

Thats a rly good vid, common mistakes we all make and wrong mentalities we all tend to have even if we work out since young. First pic of month 2 is the best physique I think, not too ripped, toned enough. Funny how month 2 looks skinnier than 210 lbs, but its basically all muscle definition.

heikki kuusela says:

If you have had muscle it easy get back but its much harder get them first

Miron Gaines says:

Or, just go Vegan and exercise. I hardly even track what I eat, and most of it is healthier by default.

Anne MTB says:

If you’re on an LCHF diet (so the macros are totally different) does that mean you need to adjust how you work out? I find that limiting sugars (also from grains and bread and whatnot) is so much better for my very sensitive stomach, but I worry about the effects it might have on my training and achieving my goals. Does anyone know?

Anonymous says:

I can hardly believe someone of your size is only burning 2800 calories a day. That’s how much I burned today and I only weight 153 pounds. Also that website is bogus. It says I need over 250 grams of protein at my activity level. There is no frigging way I am getting that much protein on 2800 calorie diet unless I am chugging down on protein powder every minute. Obviously backed by supplement companies. Also it says I can only gain up to about 10 more pounds of muscles naturally. If it’s true, it’s a sad truth but at least I will have an excuse.

Nature Boy says:

High carb body right there!

Heavymetalhead360 says:

how can you build muscle as well as lose weight if youre overweight (not a bit but ALOT OVERWEIGHT). could you make a video for that?

shad1666 says:

I wonder if you was on cal deficit ? And what did you do to keep the strenght up if you cutted calories . thanks

Anshuman Sengupta says:

I used to follow you guys before still do but not actively look for videos anymore. I work in fintech and 8 hrs if the day I spend doing computer work. I do not have time to count calories at all. Tried it. Failed it. Its just not sustainable. We need to find a way that is sustainable through out our life. Not for 12 weeks. Hence kcal counting doesn’t work will never work for normal people, u less you are fitness model who sell their image to earn money. Rest of we just need to be fit and also when we take our clothes off happy with what we see. Don’t need to be chiseled. Don’t need to have 6 packs! So for us this numbers are useless.

Retrix - Norsk Gaming says:

What should i do if i want to build muscle, and lose body fat at the same time? -500 calories, +500 calories or just maintaining?

David Jeffery says:

muscle memory
