Congrats on your fitness journey so far! As someone who has gotten in shape through cardio, weightlifting and CrossFit, I would recommend using heavier weights for lifting (obviously you can do whatever you would like!) but, in my experience, 3lb dumbells will not put enough stress on your muscles when doing lateral raises and bicep curls to maximize muscle growth. I just think it’s important to move up in weights if you can do three sets of 10 without failing. I know many girls are hesitant to lift heavier because they don’t want to get bulky, but you won’t! (I’m not an expert, but this is just my advice) Congrats again!

I go to the gym (and most days enjoy it; some days I go even if I’m not in the mood to work out and some days I skip the gym if I’m really tired or it’s raining really hard) but I’m really bad about eating healthy. I’m not a huge vegetable person (I love fruit) so it’s hard for me to eat foods that mostly consist of vegetables because I hate cooked vegetables (like after they’ve been frozen). I like corn, love green beans, and love peas though. And carrots are fine, but I don’t eat them much at all

Omg! I found these amazing pastas at a local grocery store. They were freshly made and made of different kinds of vegetables. There were beets, sweet potatoes, zucchini, and some others that I can’t remember. But I’m honestly in love with pasta and beet pasta satisfies my cravings. 10/10

What’s your nutrition plan? I mean not everyone who “diets” eats the same thing every day but what’s your general plan? I’m recently vegetarian/kinda vegan cause I don’t drink milk eat eggs but I do eat Greek yogurt so not really vegan haha but anyway I’m trying to keep up with a healthier lifestyle but I’m wanting to make sure I’m getting in all my nutrients.
