Heathy habit: When I get home from work I instantly go to my room, and put on my workout clothes so that my mind set shifts from work to workout. It’s been a game changer in actually getting my workouts done rather than melting into the couch!

Bird kisses is my morning happy moment. Soda free 3 years. Need a bed change. Need to hide the scale. Tip keep a fruit bowl near by instead of processed sugar junk, can you actually eat all the fruit?
